These are some links to sites that interest me!
Join the SETI research team!! If you don't know what this is, check out my SETI page
Toms Hardware Guide - A good place to find out computer hardware information.
NAD - My favorite sterio amps. Check out this site for some of the best sounding sterio amps you will find. (These are great amps for the price. You get high end sound for a lower price. Yes you can go buy a $4000 amp that will be better, but for $2000 the NAD will still sound great. I see amps classed in the reg. consumer range, and the audiophile range, the NADs fit well in the middle, a good in between for both sound quality and price.)
Paradigm Speakers - My favorite sterio speakers. Check out this site for some of the best sounding sterio speakers around. If my memory serves right, they are a Canadian company as well!
ICQ - I think these instant messangers are great!! Unless you are trying to get some work done!! The NA staus needs to be used a lot!!!! This is a slow site, lots of users, and at one point in time, it was voted the worst site on the internet!!! (Don't sue if I am wrong!! It's just what someone told me!) It is not very easy to find stuff because there is so much threre!!!!
A Linux Cluster Page - Whats Linux? Grrrr!!!! Check out this site to see one of the millions of things linux can do!!! And if you really couldn't answer the question, see the following link!!! www.linux.org Linux has been gaining popularity with the non power user over the last few years, so you should definitly check it out. I hear that one of the next generation game consols is going to use Linux!!!! My personal favioite is Slack, but this is because it is the one I started with, and is very configurable. Another popular one is Redhat, whick is also very popular and actually a bit easier!!!
Slackware Linux - The Slackware Linux Operating System home page. (This site runs on Slack!) Linux is closly related to UNIX
Solaris - Solaris is a version of UNIX created by Sun Microsystems that I have some training on and use on a day to day basis at work. The are also the spot to find Star Office, which will run on linux, Unix, and Windows!!! It is an Office suite like Microsoft Office or Corel Office.
